Help with Berth, the berth CLI and the Berth Console app for iPhone. Email hello@atberth.com and a person will reply, usually within a day.
Signing in
Enter your email and Berth sends a 6 digit code. The same screen creates an account if you are new. No code? Check spam, wait a minute, then ask for a new one. On the iPhone app you can also sign in with an account key (bak_) from berth account keys create.
Deleting your account
In the iPhone app, open Account and tap Delete account. From a terminal, run berth account delete. Both delete every app in the account, with its database and files, and cancel any plan. This cannot be undone.

Reporting a problem
Include the app name and, if you have one, the request ID from the error (it starts with req_). Security issues go to the same address with "security" in the subject.
