What FormForge stores

Workouts, training settings, and optional account details so you can train and sync across devices.

Health data

Apple Health data stays on your device. FormForge reads sleep and resting heart rate only to calculate a daily training readiness score. Health data is never used for advertising, and we do not sync Health-derived values to the cloud in v1.

Cloud backups

Cloud backups use your private FormForge account (workouts and training settings you choose to sync). We do not sell personal training data.

Your controls

Delete your cloud account anytime in Settings. Clear local workouts on this phone anytime. Local data stays under your control.
